Specialising in lifetime trusts, inheritance tax planning and Probate guidance, Trevor will cut through the complexity and provide you with the service you need.
Amy Peters MBA MIPW
As a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Amy specializes in Will Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and provides bereavement guidance. Combined with a background in financial services, Amy has a strong focus on client care and ensures the business operations are running smoothly to support our clients and colleagues.
Michelle has been with the business for more than 2 years and is the subject matter expert when it comes to dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and document registrations. Michelle also progresses case files, collates legal documentation and is generally the glue the binds the office together. With a career history of working within Her Majestys Revenue and Customs office, Michelle has a keen eye for detail!
Kerrie has joined the Client Support team during 2021 bringing a wealth of experience to Beneficial Family Wills. Booking client appointments, collating client files and managing client communications is just part of Kerrie's role as well as contributing to the smooth running of the office.
